We plan to err on the side of caution by gradually increasing our occupancy and lessen exposure for all until the timing is appropriate to move to Phase 3. Even post Stay Home MN and Stay Safe MN orders, it is not our intention to have the full staff or full client traffic return to the building, but to increase occupancy slowly.

Access to the Willmar Location
Employees who work inside the building and clients who enter must follow the established protocol which is listed at the entry points. The most important of which is to be symptom free. Signs will be posted on the door as reminders of which COVID-19 symptoms to watch for. If you identify with these symptoms, please exit the building and immediately notify the staff member you were meeting with that you may have to reschedule.
Employees working onsite and clients entering the building must wear a personal mask or other means of protection such as a scarf, bandanna, or neck gaiter required by MN Governor’s Executive Order 20‐81. If you do not have one, masks will be provided at the doors. Masks must be solid enough to cover the nose and mouth without gaps, mesh, or vents. Mask wearing is required during all movement in the building.
We ask that everyone maintains the appropriate 6 feet of social distancing while on-site. This may include passing in stairwells, restrooms, and small spaces such as the elevator.
If you are meeting on site, these meetings with your service professional may look a little different as well. Instead of meeting in an office as you may have traditionally done, you will instead be meeting in a conference room to ensure the appropriate spacing. Once the meeting concludes, the employee will promptly ensure the room is properly wiped down and sanitized to ensure safe entry for the next meeting.
You may access our Willmar location through the 6th street parking lot doors. Upon entry you will see signs asking you enter only if symptom free and instructions for check-in. This is to protect you and our staff.
Clients will be asked to stop at a portable counter to check in. This portable counter has drop-off and pick up of information as well for your convenience.
Litchfield Location
The Litchfield office will have limited access through the East entrance. Clients are asked to stop at our portable counter to check in, drop off or pick up.
