Prior to C&A - Bruce started his carrier in the computer technology industry in 1967 as a team member of the APOLLO Space Program at Langley Airforce Base in Hampton. VA. After the APOLLO deployment Bruce joined Control Data’s PLATO education system team to grow the software application on a scientific computing platform. In the 1980’s Bruce was responsible for deploying Control Data’s Super Computing platform in the seismic research and well log analysis divisions of petroleum companies in the South Central US, Gulf of Mexico, and the North Sea. In the early 1990’s Bruce was recruited to develope the Customer Integrated Solutions division for Cray Research, Inc. In the mid-1990’s Bruce changed focus with his career and accepted the position of President of IRD Technologies, a software development company delivering the Acendent and AgMapp solutions to the agriculture industry. The Acendent product line was the beginning of an Ag-Business ERP system based on a Dynamics GP platform and the foundation of our Intellego platform today. In moving Acendent to Intellego Bruce held the following leadership roles, President of RDI technologies, VP of Research and Development for Agris Corporation, President of IRD technologies, and COO of E-Markets the company that brought Intellego to C&A and the ethanol market.
