Project Coordinator
The duties and responsibilities of this position include providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the team. This position will support various functions through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. This position will be responsible for confidential and time sensitive materials.
Examples of the Duties
- Scheduling – team management & logistics
- Completing forms, reports, and collecting signatures
- Maintaining and monitoring project plans & timelines
- Scanning and filing documents
- Being an active participant in business development and cultivating relationships to strengthen both yourself and the firm
- Prepare attestation engagements in accordance with GAAS and standards established including the preparation of agreed upon procedures and audit reports.
Qualifications & Characteristics:
- 1+ year of experience in an office setting
- Strong in multi-tasking, organization, and being detail oriented
- Willing to create & develop processes to lead the team to success
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and other staff
- Can work independently but also work effectively with a team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Intermediate knowledge of Excel, preferred

- Hours are normally Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
