That’s where our DEI Council comes in.
Keeping our team engaged isn’t a one-time act – it’s an ongoing commitment! Our Employee Engagement Council helps create regular touch-base opportunities with all our staff: remote, hybrid and in-person.
Whether we look to downtown Willmar, where we got our start, or across the country to the many cities where our staff and clients call home, giving back is a core element of who we are. We support important organizations across North America with our dollars and our company time. Our Volunteer Council is crucial in helping organize these efforts.

Camp Christianson
As we grow as a company and our footprint spreads across the globe, leadership has realized the need for a dedicated time for us to connect, reflect, and plan for the future. Thus, our yearly onsite all-staff retreat that we call “Camp Christianson” was born.
Every fall, we gather onsite in Minnesota to review our progress over the past 12 months and share our goals for the future.
