Dustin Kotrba is a CPA and Partner of the firm with a client base in large agri-business which includes grain elevators, feed mills, retail agronomy, energy, ethanol, soy-crush facilities, food grade processing for dry beans, large livestock and row-crop farm operations. He also provides transition and estate planning services for farm families and high net-worth individuals. His life-long passion and connection to serve and provide strategy to agri-business clients began in his youth growing up on his family's farm and in their ag-service business.

Kotrba is a member of the Minnesota Society of CPAs and the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He has also serves on the firm's Audit Task Force and on the Kandiyohi County and City of Willmar Economic Development Commission Agriculture and Renewable Energy Development Committee.
