We’re thrilled to announce that Christianson PLLP has been named one of the Top Workplaces in the state by the Minnesota Star Tribune! This prestigious honor is based entirely on employee feedback collected through a confidential survey administered by Energage, LLC, a trusted employee engagement technology partner. The survey measures key aspects of workplace culture, including how respected, supported, and empowered employees feel.
To qualify for as a Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplace, a company must have more than 50 employees in Minnesota. Over 10,000 companies were invited to participate. Rankings were composite scores calculated purely on the basis of employee responses.
“At Christianson, we believe that a strong workplace culture is built on trust, connection, and opportunity. This recognition is a testament to the commitment each team member brings every day to deliver exceptional service to our valued customers.”
Joel Gratz, Managing Partner
Star Tribune CEO and Publisher Steve Grove said, “The companies in the Minnesota Star Tribune Top Workplaces deserve high praise for creating the very best work environments in the state of Minnesota. My congratulations to each of these exceptional companies.”
From our roots in Willmar, MN, we’ve grown into a dynamic CPA and consulting firm with offices across Minnesota and a remote team that spans the country. Our mission is to serve businesses and their owners and investors in our niche industries of agribusiness, renewable energy, closely-held specialty and trade businesses and mutual insurance with integrity and innovation throughout the nation and upper Midwest.
Whether it’s through volunteering, social events, or simply supporting one another, we prioritize work-life balance and personal growth. Our team’s dedication to excellence and client service is what makes this recognition so meaningful.
Thank you to our incredible colleagues for making Christianson a truly exceptional place to work. We’re honored to be among the top companies recognized this year.
