Christianson & Associates is hosting its 12th annual Biofuels Financial Conference October 17-18 at the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis, Minneapolis, Minnesota.
With this conference, C&A continues our legacy of working with the biofuels industry to build and sustain financial growth.
“We have had the opportunity to be part of the Ethanol and Biodiesel industries’ development for the past 20 years,” says John Christianson of Christianson & Associates. “Helping our clients and these industries succeed is our primary purpose. The Biofuels Financial Conference lets us help companies interact with each other, to address the critical financial issues facing the industry.”
The two-day conference provides simultaneous ethanol and biodiesel tracks, and continues to include top leaders in the biofuels industry as speakers.
Sessions involving discussion on risk management, strategic planning, technical updates, fraud and internal controls, and reporting will be offered.
New to the conference this year is a consultant “speed dating” session, giving attendees the chance to interact with six different experts in a variety of consulting and compliance topics. It gives attendees a unique opportunity to get their questions answered and discuss with peers in a fun and less formal setting.
“Our goal is to provide relevant information for CEOs, CFOs, accounting staff, and board members that will assist in their strategic decision-making and allow them to be more successful,” says Christianson.
This year, C&A has partnered with BBI International, a leader in bioenergy publications and events sponsorship, for the coordination of the Biofuels Financial Conference. This partnership gives both C&A and BBI the chance to optimize our mutual contributions to the biofuels industry. “C&A has teamed up with BBI International to provide the marketing and logistics for the BFC to create the best conference experience possible for the industry,” says Christianson.
