DM Hoffbeck PLLC is tremendously excited to announce that we will be merging with Christianson, PLLP headquartered in Willmar, MN, with additional offices in Litchfield and Paynesville effective January 1, 2023. This merger combines the best attributes of two firms here in West Central Minnesota to provide more quality services to our client base and more opportunities for our current and future team members.
Christianson PLLP will retain the current leadership and staff of DM Hoffbeck, with Dennis becoming a Tax Manager at Christianson, PLLP. We have already made efforts to fully integrate the two companies, in order to provide the client base of both firms with the increased value and synergies of a combined entity.
For most of our clients this merge will be very seamless. You will continue to have the same relationship with the firm that you have now with the same team you are accustomed to working with. Our goal is to simply plan for the future. As you grow, creating a change in your accounting, tax, or assurance needs, we will have a better opportunity to assist you all under one roof.
